Composite Hose

Composite hose is a kind of flexible pipeline hose made of multi layers structure: inner wire / outer waire / cover / liner. It is always used to transfer gas or liquid medium in modern pipeline system. For application, composite hoses are commonly used in industries such as petrochemicals, shipping, food processing, and pharmaceuticals etc. Compared with other industrial hose, composite hose has advantage of lightweight and good flexibility. Thus during working time, it is usually required to be bent and moved frequently.

Structure

• Inner Wire: Galvanized steel, SS304 or SS316L.
• Outer Wire: High tensile galvanized steel , SS304 or SS316L.
• Cover: Polypropylene fabrics and films with an abrasion resistant PVC coated fabric cover.
• Liner: Combination of multiple piles of polypropylene films and polyester vapor barriers.

• Chemical Composite Hose: mainly be used to transfer chemical medium
• Oil Resistant Composite Hose: be applied in oil & fuel transport
• Food Grade Composite Hose: complies with hygiene standards and be used in the food & beverage industry
