Metal Hose

Hydraulic metal hose is made of stainless steel material, usually to be SS304 or SS316. It is flexible connecting element in modern industrial pipeline system. Instead of hard steel pipeline, metal hose is flexible and can be bent. It consists of 3 parts, separately inner flexible corrugated tube, outer braided steel wire mesh and end connector. For the inner part tube, it is the structure which contact the transport medium directly, its function is to provide flexibility. Metal wire mesh is the outermost structure, it is the external pressure-bearing structure and also serves to protect the internal bellows. The two ends of the hose are connectors, always to be threaded fitting, hammer union or flange, which serve to connect with other pipe components. The main application fields include petrochemicals, aerospace, metallurgy and power, gas and water supply, and mechanical equipment.

• Temperature and Pressure Resistance The stainless steel material enables it to withstand both high and low temperatures (-200℃ to over 600℃) as well as high pressure.

• Corrosion Resistant The stainless steel material makes it suitable to transfer various corrosive media.
